We all heard about dingle, right? This small town on the Dingle Peninsula has lots to offer. You can explore old places like stone houses and Minard Castle ruins. Enjoy beautiful landscapes with drives along Slea Head Drive and views of the Blasket Islands or you can check out the Blasket Islands, Dingle Distillery for top-notch gin, and Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium for cool sea creatures.
And what better way to dive into the fun and charm of this town than by staying at one of its famous bed and breakfasts?
Today, I’ll be talking about some of the best B&Bs in Dinglw, why you should choose them, what you can expect, and other important details you need to know. So, let’s get started!
Dingle Garden Townhouse
Regarding location, I don’t think any other B&Bs can beat the dingle garden house. It is set in a historic building in Dingle, less than 1 km from Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium. Kerry County Museum is just a 49 km drive away from the bed and breakfast, perfect for a day trip filled with history and fun. It is best for Golf enthusiasts, Dingle Golf Centre is only 5.4 km away, offering a quick hop to a round of golf. For those flying in, Kerry Airport is conveniently located 56 km from Dingle Garden Townhouse, making travel to this charming spot a breeze.
The rooms were perfect—spacious, well-lit, and equipped with all the amenities you could imagine. Each unit featured a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, bed linen and towels, and a seating area.
What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. This luxurious townhouse is on a quiet street in the center of Dingle. It has a large, bright open-plan dining and living room that leads to a patio and a big garden. The garden is surrounded by old stone walls, making it a private haven in the middle of town. You can enjoy a lovely afternoon in the charming garden, perhaps sharing stories with fellow travelers over a cup of freshly brewed Irish tea. I absolutely loved this place.
And the breakfasts? They were fantastic. The breakfast room offered a good selection of lovely food, and they are particularly known for their cuisine. As a guest, you can even have chocolates or cookies delivered to your room. The friendly staff was always there to meet every need.
Every aspect of my stay reflected a touch of culture and respect. The credit goes to the hosts, Deirdre and Fergal. They were very thoughtful about everything and they gave the best advice about local tours and restaurants. They run a local information & cultural magazine – so you know you are asking the right person.
So, what are you waiting for? Do visit Dingle Garden Townhouse. I am attaching the website link for further details.
