Delivery, returns and privacy
The short version: we post to anywhere in Ireland for free, and if something goes wrong we sort it.
Delivery
Every case is printed after you order and posted with An Post within 2 working days. Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland, and it usually lands 1 to 2 days after posting. We’ll email you when your case is on its way. We don’t post outside Ireland yet.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel. Email us, post the case back and we’ll refund you. If anything arrives damaged or missing, email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement.
Privacy
We only collect what we need to send your case: your name, email and delivery address. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details. We don’t sell or share your details, and we only email you about your order unless you ask to hear about new cases.
Cookies: if you say yes in our cookie banner, we use Meta’s pixel to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads brought you to the site and whether you ordered. If you say no, it never loads. You can change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
